Fixed head spa bed or mobile unit, which do I choose?
A fixed bed with a ceramic basin is ideal for an established salon offering head spa permanently. A mobile unit in lightweight acrylic is perfect if you want to stay flexible or work on location. Both are full MediRelaxa quality, and we are happy to advise you in the showroom.
Do you handle the installation?
We deliver and fully install massage chairs. Head spa beds arrive fully assembled in one piece: you or your installer connect them to the water supply following the manual, with phone guidance where needed. Mobile units simply plug into the socket.
How long does delivery take?
1 to 2 weeks when in stock, 4 to 6 weeks for a custom configuration or special colour. You get your exact timing in the quote, no vague "soon".
How much warranty do I get?
3 years on the complete fixed head spa bed, 1 year on mobile units, and 5 years on Casada massage chairs. Spare parts are kept in stock in Herselt, usually with you within 48 hours.
Can I test-sit or try first?
Absolutely. In our showroom in Herselt, both head spa beds and massage chairs are ready to try. Book an appointment and we will take our time for it.
Is training required for a head spa?
No, the two-day training at Belliza Academy is optional (€750 excl. VAT, second participant +€375). Many salons do choose it to start professionally from day one, including a diploma, T-LAB starter kit and 30 days of aftercare support.
Is leasing required?
No, leasing is entirely optional. You can simply buy, or spread the cost via Grenke in a fixed monthly amount that is 100% tax-deductible. Grenke works from 1 year of activity; younger than that? Give us a call and we will see what fits.
