Headspa
Headspa benches are shipped throughout Europe (outside Europe on request). It is also possible to pick up the headspa yourself at the showroom.
We cooperate with courier services such as DHL. You will then always be contacted when the headspa is delivered. Express delivery is also possible in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Mobile headspa (small pallet - 80cm)

Headspa bed (double pallet - 2m)
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1 tot 2 weken bij voorraad; €199

Massage chairs
After order confirmation, we will contact you to schedule a firm delivery time. If the massage chair is in stock, we can schedule a delivery time within 1-2 weeks. Delivery will always be in person, where we will help you assemble the chair and provide instructions for use.
Warranty Headspa
MediRelaxa geeft commerciële garantie op fabricage- en materiaalfouten, per producttype:
- Head spa-bedden (vaste banken): 3 jaar garantie
- Mobiele head spa-units: 1 year warranty
- Casada massagestoelen: 5-year warranty
De garantie geldt bij correct gebruik en onderhoud volgens de handleiding. Slijtage-onderdelen (zoals bekleding, filters, slangen en opzetstukken), schade door verkeerd gebruik, kalkaanslag, een foutieve aansluiting of externe oorzaken vallen buiten de garantie. Koop je als consument, dan geldt daarnaast altijd onverminderd de wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar.
Warranty Massage Chairs
Als consument heeft u daarnaast altijd recht op de wettelijke garantie van 24 maanden. Voor zakelijke klanten geldt de commerciële garantietermijn per producttype zoals hierboven beschreven.
MediRelaxa offers a warranty extension of up to 5 years on certain products.
