We are available by phone every weekday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Yes, visiting the showroom is by appointment only. However, this does not have to be scheduled weeks in advance. Are you in the area? Give us a quick call to check if you can stop by.
We ask that you make an appointment to allow everyone the time they need. Also, we are not always present due to deliveries, work in the beauty salon or other appointments.
If we have the products in stock, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks for Belgium and the Netherlands. The rest of Europe 1-3 weeks.
Yes, you can pick up your products yourself at our warehouse. The address is Blaubergsesteenweg 63C, 2230 Herselt, BE.
The large products such as the Headspas and Massage Chairs are shipped with DHL. You will receive a tracking code from this. The shipping costs of the fixed headspa beds are usually more expensive because of it coming on a 2m10 pallet. This requires a double shipping charge.
